Get Well Geese for MIchelle

Posted by on October 2, 2010 in blocks | 1 comment

After reading Michelle’s account of her surgery this morning, I thought some of you might want to join me in sending her some Get Well Geese to distract her, sheer her up and maybe reminder her to take it easy and let her body heal.

I think Get well Geese could become a Block Lotto tradition, so I moved the basic directions to a tab at the top of the blog.

I checked with Michelle and she would like liberated geese made with scrappy “geese” fabrics on light-to-medium neutral “skies.”

If you would like to send Michelle some blocks, contact me for her mailing address.

If, like me, you haven’t yet had a chance to make and send Get Well Geese to Mary Jane, it’s not too late.  She recently posted an update on her progress and while she may be able to get to her sewing machine real soon, she still has quite a bit of PT and recovery ahead of her.
