   The guideliens for Duds & Orphans say you can enter a maximum of 12 blocks and/or “Fabric equivalents.”

   Or are you asking if you can contribute others “to the pot” beyond the maximum?

       Yes, if you are willing to send the extra blocks the winners, you can always add more “to the pot.”
