String blocks for December
My right foot is on the mend after bunion surgery (November 22 and re-done December 2). I can sew left-footed, though I didn’t realize how much I move around to get fabric from the shelf, stand at the cutting table, going over to the ironing board, sitting down to sew. A bounty of strips given away at the guild holiday party this week provided more than enough for this month’s block. The pieced strips are a fun accent. Thanks again, Sophie.
