A setting idea for our Love Letters

When I saw this quilt project on the Moda Bake Shop blog a couple weeks ago ,

… I immediately had two thoughts:

1. Some of those long rectangles would look great mixed in with our Liberated Love Letters blocks. (They’re even the right size, they finish at 6″ tall   You might even add some of those hearts.
2. If I made this quilt, I would piece those words instead of doing all that appliqué.  It would be so much faster than all the tracing, cutting and appliqué involved.
