I’ve sent the list of names to Kathie who will be using the random site to generate our SEVEN WINNERS soon. 256 blocks means that one person will win a set of 40 and the other six winners will end up with 36 Double Chevron blocks. (We made 7 quilts this month, can you believe it?)

The deadline for posting photos of your blocks to be entered in the January drawing is less than 24 hours away: 12:00 noon (on the US east coast). I have created a random-ish layout using this year’s blocks in a straight setting with no sashing or borders, using the lotto blocks to build 21-inch square modules. The block for December was a 6-inch by 9-inch (finished size) Stripes block, made from 2 fabrics, white plus one of the quilter’s choice.   Helen made this one. If you made and posted Stripes blocks and/or entered the Duds & Orphans lotto, you should have email from me with the mailing info for your blocks. There are separate messages for each type of blocks. Let me know ASAP if you didn’t receive the email or if you find errors on the info sheets.
