Flying Geese
My flying Geese for May. I made 10, but after laying them out and looking at them and looking at them, two of them didn’t look right….I don’t think there was a enough value difference……so, until I fix those or make more, I have 8 for the drawing!!!
When I have questions about color value – I either take a photo and look at it for color or I make a black and white copy of the fabrics. This latter trick usually makes the value of fabrics pop right out at you. It’s amazing how many I thought were medium are actually light.
