green!
I rarely use green. I was happy to have a chance to make something with it. I haven’t filled the top limit of blocks that can be made in a long time. Here they are! I cut 3 1/2 inch squares for the stars and the 4-patch strips longer too. It is so much nicer to trim away than come up short.
This is my First Block for the Block Lotto!! And I LOVE Green!!! and it just so happens that I’ve been working on a very green intensive project and am flush with greens in my stash!!! Lucky ME!!! Can’t wait to get started and can’t wait to see everyone’s offerings. I’m so happy to be here!!!

I probably have more green in my stash than any other single color … I keep thinking that this block is “the one” to use to make a scrappy green quilt.
