Our Gallery
In the way that one thing leads to another …
I was reading blogs this morning and noticed that in hers, Melissa (a newbie to the block lotto) mentioned she was geocacher (is that the word?) I wondered if she had seen Julie P’s geocaching-themed quilt made from lotto blocks … so I went looking in the gallery to find a picture.
Of course, when I went to the gallery, the first thing I noticed was Cathy’s Wild Thing. I got completely distracted by it and forgot my intended task while I went to Cathy’s blog to see the rest of the photos (loved seeing all the stitching on the BACK) and then added a link to the Block Lotto page on Facebook … but eventually remembered what I was doing before and came back to find Julie’s quilt and send the link to Melissa.
Along the path, I noticed that the gallery now extends to 16 pages and more than 250 projects made from lotto blocks or inspired by them. (I found Julie’s quilt on page 13.) AND … I was prompted me to post my perennial reminder to visit the gallery once in a while –you’ll find some great projects and inspiration there.
Julie is so creative. I love her stuff!
