My tulip garden has all arrived!

On coming home from our trip, I found 3 more squishies of tulips in my mail:  from Karen in South Africa, Maree in New Zealand, and Rachel in Midland, Texas.  All beautiful blocks – Thank You all!

That makes my list complete, Sophie!  Now for the arranging of the “planting”…

A special thank you to Karen in South Africa:  because you wrapped your blocks in plastic, they arrived untainted by the stain on the envelope.  It seems someone mailed some menthol-eucalyptus of some kind, and their packaging broke.  The post office encased the whole envelope in plastic at the Mailing Center in Seattle (probably a lot of envelopes), and when I opened it – well, my sinuses were clear for a while!  [grin]  Thank you for the plastic-wrapping!  The blocks arrived safe and sound!  (I doubt we have to worry about animals getting into THAT garbage bag!)

  1. LOL! Thanks for the update and the good news about what could have been some damaged blocks.

  2. So glad they arrived safely, look forward to seeing your quilt (no pressure!)
