Baby Quilt with Sunshine Blocks

Just finished quilt top using the sunshine blocks I got last month. Very simple design with the panel in the middle and using the blocks as a border, but I think it’s cute for a baby quilt. Thanks again for all the lovely blocks. And if you dont see your block in the quilt it’s because I have 6 left that I will be turning them into throw pillows.

  1. It’s darling!

  2. Cute idea, it looks great.

  3. Laurie that is just so clever and absolutely Darling! Well done!

  4. I would not have thought of using lotto winnings with a panel, but that’s a BRIGHT idea. Thanks for being innovative.

  5. The quilt top looks just great! It really is a special quilt for that cute little boy!

    • Now there is a Proud Grannie and a very proud Parent too! Those blocks went to the perfect place!!!
Laurie is Amazing! To have it together that fast!!!

  6. Nice!

  7. Guess I’m a fast sewer and not much I can get done during his fussy time of the day when he only sleeps for 10-20 min at a time so I quilt during those times. Thanks for the wonderful compliment and also for the blocks. They made such a great border.

  8. That is so cute!! Love it!!!!

  9. Very clever and that’s a charming panel for a baby quilt. Thanks for sharing the photo. Enjoy your busy boy and remember to sleep when the baby sleeps.
