The First Sneak Peek for 2015 has been sent
If you have made and posted Big-O blocks, you should have received an email from me with the advance information, guidelines and block pattern for the January 2015 block.
It is a black and white block that can be made in one of two combinations:
Option 1
- Light fabric is white solid or white-on-white (WOW) print
- Dark fabric is a black & white print that is more than 50% black
Option 2
- Light fabric is a black & white print that is more than 50% white
- Dark fabric is a black solid or black-on-black (BOB) print
In my example fabric combinations in the photo, I have a WOW dot print combined with a black & white print that is mostly black (Option 1) on the top and a black and white print that is mostly white combined with a BOB paisley print (Option 2) on the bottom.

Sophie, Is this block for a new Block Lotto QAL quilt that begins in January? I assume it is not for the Mod Mod QAL, correct?
