4 Curvy Blocks For Me
Here’s one thing I learned. Don’t line up everything on the first side. Here’s what that gave me.
Yes, two blocks couldn’t be trimmed to more than 5.5″ squares. On the third one, I realized the mistake and it came out fine. So I made three more, and these are the four I have to send:
I think if I make more, I will take a smaller corner and have more space for the two center strips. This was fun to experiment with, and the curves actually were pretty easy. Having one left-handed recessive gene, there are some things that just don’t work right-handed, so I couldn’t control mine the way Sophie did, but when I switched hands, it worked pretty well. Both of my sisters are left-handed, both of my brothers are right-handed, and I guess that only left mixed up for me!
