is the one not asked, right? So what, exactly, makes a fabric a “batik”? After you announced a couple of months back that for Sept. we needed batiks I ordered a FQ bundle of “Indian Batiks” from someplace. Here are my 9 blocks for September. Don’t let the curves scare you….these went together super easy. The key is to line up the start and put needle down into it and lower presser foot. Then hold top strip with your left hand and bottom strip in your right and guide each strip to keep the edges lined up as you sew.
