When I went to my sewing room to work on these blocks on Friday afternoon, my machine wouldn’t work!  While my oven hasn’t worked for 2 years, I’m OK with that, but a day without my machine?  Oh no!  I took that baby apart, cleaned and oiled everything, and put it back together again.  Somehow, I got it working, but it took so long that I only had it in me to make two bird blocks.  I’m hoping to make more, but I figure...

I love how I manage to use up scraps with Block Lotto every month.  And these blocks were quick and easy – just what I needed to unwind during this stressful period.
