This is what 50 hearts look like when they are laid out. I thought it was 51, so either I made a mistake or one went astray somewhere, but no matter. That’s one lotto hearts! Dud Winnings Quilt

December 31, 2013… yes I know it’s been a while ago, but I finally used all but two of the dud orphan blocks that I won back then.  I put most of them in the back of my Bonnie Hunter mystery quilt called Celtic Solstice.  It was a mystery she started the day after Thanksgiving (Black Friday), 2013.  I saved the beautiful red cabin block and a basket block for two other projects.  But here’s the back of my Celtic Solstice with all those wonderful duds!
