I’ve had a busy summer with quilt shows and visitors, but I think I’m correct in saying that all the Vee Blocks have been received. Thanks to everyone who had made them for the great color choices and the perfect piecing. I hope to be able to do them justice when they go on my design wall this winter. Living in a climate where summer lasts only three months and the “shoulder seasons” are short, too, I do most of my quilting/sewing in the snowy months. I’m grateful for Nann and Cathy managing the Block Lotto. I know from handling it one month earlier this year, that there is some work involved. Therefore, I don’t think they should automatically exclude themselves from winning blocks.
