First, apologies to Cathy. Blocks are sitting here all addressed and I planned to mail them last Tuesday when I went to lunch with a friend. Then my friend’s daughter was hit with flu in the morning, and I got in in the afternoon! There is no warning with this nasty bug. You feel fine, and then you really, REALLY don’t. I have six blocks for donating. They took me longer to make than I expected…I think mainly because the pieces are smallish. I kept having to add and add to get them big enough to trim! Over the years I have tamed my scraps into usable sizes, so don’t have many larger chunks.
