With the arrival of Margaret’s blocks in today’s mail I have all 40.  My design wall happens to be empty — I’ve got room to play! (*Antipodes = diametrically opposite part of the earth, which Australia is if you live in England. I don’t, but the word is fun. The root is “those with the opposite feet.”)

Poppies from Duluth

Linda’s block arrived in today’s mail.  I’ve received all the U.S. poppies — just waiting for the transoceanic bunch to get here! Thanks for the Duluth postcard, Linda. Final Poppies Blocks Received

Over the last couple days, I received California Poppies blocks from Peggy M and Linda N. This completes everything I was to receive. Thank you, ladies, for stitching these lovely blocks and participating in this wonderful group. I plan to sew an additional 8 blocks (to total 48) and set them with sashing.
