Thanks to Cathy K and Linda for the wonderful book blocks! The prints used are really great. Cathy, I really appreciate the fabric from Africa – it is beautiful and I’ll try to do something wonderful with it. I’m ready to start a books quilt and will be off to the quilt store tomorrow for smashing sashing fabric. Yesterday, finally, I mailed off three blocks to Gail and three to Margaret. In my defense, I was in Africa until just a few days ago. I had hoped to get them out before I left, but the mailing info wasn’t yet available. Anyway, there is an little token of apology included in each package.

It’s time for winter reading in Australia. I sent four book blocks to Margaret today.

I received my last set of blocks from Iris. Thank you! Now I will one day have to decide how to put these all together!

Yesterday I sent my summer reading blocks in the mail to Gail and Margaret.  Congrats!!!  Can’t wait to see what fun little quilts you cook up.  They will be coming from East Canton, Ohio.
