Yep, I got 3 made today using method #1…….I think I will make the rest employing the Paper Foundation Piecing Method. The first method gave me a real challenge.

These look lovely Mariellajo . I have not tried the Paper Piecing method yet but, since I would like to make more blocks I think I will give it a try too. Please let me know which method you find easier and most accurate. I love this block and my son who is a Gardener, would like it too sooo, I am thinking about doing him a top in greens and cream using this block to make a trellis pattern similar to the red one Sophie showed us.. Happy Days Mariellajo and Joy in sewing!
These would really be lovely in Green and Cream….. and I’ve thought even mixing green and blue would make a stunning color combo!!! But of course, for a gardener…..green is defo the way to go….and what about green background and combining creams and pale yellow for the accent stripes? Just an errant thought…..
