Blocks are on their way from Canada to Marianne and Nann.  Hope they don’t get caught in customs (apparently anything non-paper is a “package”, no matter the size 🙁 )

I made 6 arrow blocks for this month’s draw.  The contrast on the arrow shaft looks much better in person – but if there isn’t enough contrast here let me know and I’ll withdraw from the drawing this month.  I didn’t have any doubts about these blocks until I posted the photo....

I took a break from block lotto last year – mostly due to lack of time to keep up with the montly blocks. But I saw this month’s block, and it has inspired me to jump back in. These blocks are fun.  Although I’m not sure I’d trust a couple of those mugs around my cats.  They don’t look very stable...

I haven’t played the lotto recently, but I just couldn’t resist this month’s block.  I finally got around to it, after a reminder from Sophie’s post today.  My first block came out the right size (just barely).  And then I looked at it again and realized that I had swapped the colour on the star points, but not the center.  So the block was wrong 🙁  So, I cut a new center for it’s alternate block, and tried again. ...
