Yesterday I handed the envelope bound for Karen’s house to our postal worker just as the ‘pick-up’ time was about to pass. I don’t like cutting it so close or mailing so late in the month – I’ll have to do much better next time!

When I made this month’s block for the Sneak Peek I was afraid that, though it looked fine, it wouldn’t “measure up”. Literally – that it wouldn’t be the right size. I got brave and measured my block today and found that it does measure up, so I won’t be embarrassed to send it to some lucky winner. One to donate for me, please, Sophie....

Yesterday’s post brought the last bead blocks to me, from Ellen in Ontario. They are, as are many of the blocks I received, very well done. Thank you, Ellen! Now I get to play with layouts – I had a great idea when I was making my blocks, but since then I’ve come up with so many other ideas. Decisions, decisions. Over the weekend I received bead blocks from Shelley in ME and Karen N. in South Africa. Woo-hoo! Karen, my daughter’s first initial and last name is the same as yours – my mind tried to play a trick on me when I received the squishie from you! Also, my dear, dear Mr. Wonderful mailed blocks to Ginny and Marie yesterday.

Over the past few days I received blocks from Nann in IL (where else do I know you from?), Madison in TX, Laura in GA, Sandy in PA, Caroline in ND (love the dots!), and Peggy in NJ. The blocks are so fun to receive, and I’m loving the postcards that some of you include. 🙂 Thank you all!
