Another quilt from a 2014 block

Another quilt from a 2014 block

A Snowball’s Chance I didn’t win these blocks. I used a 2014 Block Lotto pattern called Spokes.  I called my blocks snowflakes because I made them from snowflake fabric scraps. I included a big giant snowball too. Machine quilted, hand quilted, tied. Label says: “A Snowball’s Chance Despite the odds I believe some snowballs could survive a trip through hell. I believe in miracles too.” More on today’s...

Catching Up-The May Winner

Catching Up-The May Winner

It’s hard to explain what this extreme fatigue I am dealing with feels like–I know it must seem impossible to some of you that I can literally be SO exhausted that I can’t even keep up with the Block Lotto, but … as much as I try, as much as I look forward to coming home from work and doing something I love, I cannot. If anyone is willing to help with some of the “housekeeping” needed to keep this going until...

Almost, Very Nearly, Practically Perfect

two things…

I did mail my July spoke but forgot to post.   And I don’t know WHAT possessed me but instead of my usual 1 (ONE) I made 4 (FOUR) BL blocks … and right now I had probably the least time to spare … but I had so much fun. Thanks, Sophie. It might also mean that I really would like to win,...

On their Way

Sorry about the lateness, been away for two weeks across the provinces.  But while there of course I found a quilting store, and that material was calling my name…. 😉   But they’re on their way Laura.  Congrats to all the winners.  Now I need to start the windows for the next block.
