From the heart blocks I recently won, I made two baby quilt tops – this one, which is a donation to my local library’s fundraising group – they are going to raffle it as part of their summer fair. The last of my bird blocks have now arrived – unfortunately, I am so busy at the moment that they are all going to have to go nest in my sewing room for a few months before I even think about doing something with them…  Oh well, can’t have everything!  They really are wonderful, though – I must try to photograph them all together at some point. arrived through my letterbox today.  I got birds from Barbara, Margaret, Kim (and thanks for the lovely lizard batik wrapping), Julie P and Glenna. Every time I open a package of birds, I have a new favourite – they are all great!
