I mailed the Tall Fly blocks to the three recipients on Saturday. Here are last month’s Crossed Stars, now a flimsy.   The swap provided nearly all the blocks I needed for this setting. I had to make only two additional blocks.  I think that the ruby-red tone-on-tone setting triangles are sufficient so I will not add borders. I finally finished the quilt for my grand nephew made from the plaid blocks I won last year. I mentioned earlier he was possibly the cutest  ring bearer ever so I am including his picture as well. Along about May I may find time for the block lotto again. time to make another e wedding dress….wedding May 4th.
