Here are two more of the heart blocks.  I’m having somewhat of a struggle with these for some reason, probably just me.  Maybe because the strings are slanted and you have to figure out how to sew the sides on so you end up with a heart shape.  I made 4  so far and am really working at it,  whine...

Nine String Heart Blocks. Instead of using small backing frabic. I cut two ten inch strips the length of the fabric and starting sewing my strips at one angle and then the opposite angle. When I finished I cut the strips according to the pattern. This made it quicker to piece the hearts.Lisa...
